The park is approximately one and a half acres in size and set in the Manor house's walled garden.  Nestling between woodland and farmland with the river "Gwyfrai" running nearby, offering seclusion and beautiful views.

Being only 3 miles from Caernarfon, this is an excellent base for visiting the whole of Snowdonia, with Snowdon itself only 7 miles away.  Anglesey is easily accessible and there are many places of interest within an easy drive, including Portmeirion, the Llanberis slate mines and Caernarfon Castle.

The new lodges are of the lastest Pinelog design with luxury fitted cherrywood kitchen, light airy living area, flat screen TV, contemporary furnishings in all rooms, fully fitted bathrooms.
